Title: G60 suspension

Wow!! A few years since I was last on here. A lot has changed.
Anyway, time to let my G60 go but need to prepare it for sale first. To do that I want to return the suspension to original. I have looked on GSF and they do not have available all I need plus they are showing different part numbers between G60 and 16v GTI. Also the front shock absorbers are a different manufacturer to the rears. Monroe vs Bilstein and they do not stock the correct front coil springs.
Anyone know how much different the 16v versions are to the G60 ones? Are they a safe alternative or can anyone point me in the general direction of a supplier?

Then to MOT it, import it and sell it!

I won't!! I only bought it as a project whilst I was in Spain. Have a TR6 to play with now and selling G60 to fund a new chassis for it.

Was that following Chuff or keeping up with the Scirroco's?

think it was the Scirroccos making a point of catching us ( eventually ) and passing !

That video was ace watching us both flash past - at 70  :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :grin:

Going off subject a bit, but TR6! no no no, Mk3 GT6, oh yes!!!
