Title: 2014 GTI rattle from engine bay/behind dash

As above, it's driving me nuts! Have been under the bonnet a number of times pulling at parts of the engine bay but can't seem to replicate the annoying rattle.

It happens every time I go over an uneven surface. Dealer checked for transportation blocks being left in on my last service but that wasn't it.

Has anyone experienced the same?

If it sounds like its from the engine bay/in front of dash then it could be the soundaktor rattling , theres a few threads about this on the web. My rattle was lower down and is coming from the driver's knee airbag.

Could also be an air on pipe rattling on the bulkhead.

The soundaktor is exactly where it seems to be coming from actually, hadn't thought it could actually be the soundaktor!
I'll have a look tomorrow, hate rattles!!
