Google the VW Audi forum VCDS map, there might be someone near you but if you don't have PIN code for dash you will need someone with VAG dash or k+can commander...

I have VCDS and K+CAN but probably a bit outside your search radius.

The only guy that springs to mind that deals with coding in clocks anywhere near you is based in Bristol, he's also on ukmkivs forum : Renis
