Title: Vibration when turning right
Post by: Momosan on 10 May 2015, 19:33
hello wondered if anyone could help me

My mk2 golf (low on coilovers) has a terrible vibration / clunk when turning right.

Started after having the o/s drive shaft and top mounts changed. Previous to this its been fine for years.

Ive taken the suspension off and everything looks ok, ive replaced the n/s tie rod end and rear engine mount and still nothing.

The n/s caliper lower bolt is tight but doesn't seem as far in as the o/s but its rounded so cant tighten it.

Would that cause a vibration ? or do I need to go down the wheelbearing route ?

Any help would be appreciated.

do you mean while your turning right or when your moving on right hand lock?
