Title: MDI Cable for Iphone 6

Hi guys, my GTD was specced with Discover Nav Pro and the MDI multimedia socket and came with both a USB MDI cable and a Standard Iphone 30 pin connector (the one before the lightening connector).

I now want to use my Iphone 6 with the MDI as well (currently use the 30 pin adapter - red collar, with an old Ipod Touch), so need a new MDI cable. Does anyone know if there are different types (like there were on the 30 pin types), as I remember that the older versions wouldn't display album art of play videos but my Red collar one does.

I've seen a cable part number 5N0 035 554 H 1114 on fleabay and it has a green collar. Is this the correct one for me please ?

Andrew what's the part no.of your usb cable you got supplied? I've got a blue and a green collar cable (i think).

The green collar cable is supposed to be the correct one for the Iphone 6. I went to the dealer and they wanted £70 for one  :shocked: :shocked: so i just left it. Ended up buying one on fleabay however I can't get the videos to now work for some reason.

I have the Green cable with the lightning connector, part number 5N0 035 554 H 0814 VVL. I've been unable to get videos to play, tried iphone 4,5 and 6. As far as I can tell from the forums the only success with video playback is if you have an ipod. If you're able to get it working on an iphone6 then please let me know how! thanks
