Title: water inside car

losing water and after a quick look round nothing!
then inside car there is brown water staining on carpets at back of centre console?
heater matix? if so is it a pain job???

If it's brown then there's ypur problem, lack of coolent causing matrix to corrode.

No the quick fix is to link the two matrix pipes going through the bulkhead. It's summer so you don't need heaters anyway.

You could maybe bridge it out engine side and not fix it, then pray for a warm long summer :grin:

For me it was good as the last owner had attempted to bodge the leak and I found all sorts of broken parts/iffy wires when It was apart!

Remove bonnet,engine and box and get a big disc cutter ????.

Pain in the butt job,getting it all back in like it was before you started is the "pain" bit.
