Title: Drivers side window wont "One-Touch" up all the way

Hi,

My drivers side window "One-Touch" System works fine but the window will only go up halfway and then it stops and drops as if something has touched it. Then when i try to put it up again itll jsut stop halfway, then if i try again, itll just drop down and stop working. All other windows work perfectly.
Any clues?
