Title: Comfort Module

Hi: The comfort module on my Golf Mk4 V5 isn't functioning properly and needs to be replaced. I'm going to buy one from a breakers' yard, but need the module's serial number. Where is it located?...under the passenger seat well? Or behind the housing under the steering wheel?

Mine has also gone! You need the old one to get the numbers off to code the new one with vagcom. Mine is bening the drivers dash.
