Title: rubber vs poly...............bushes

is there a massive difference between the two types? i suppose each have there pros and cons...price vs ease of fitment etc
whats your opinion on them both ? i'm deliberating weather to go poly or stay standard i have no plans to lower my mk4t and no plans to fit bigger wheels.

it all comes down to how good the roads are in your area. if there is potholes everywhere then poly bushes would just make you cringe all the time. mind you they are not so bad with standard suspension. but when you combine uprated springs/dampers/poly bushes all together then you end up with very little compliance and a harsh ride.
