Title: Does any one else's brake pedal clunk

Some times get a funny clunk noise when I press the brake. Any one else have the same problem?

Also last night I noticed when holding 4th gear at fairly high revs and then coming off the accelerator to let the car slow down it began to judder for about 20 seconds.

Yes, I get the clunk. Genenrally at low speeds but not all the time.
