Title: Dash clock to Rev counter?
Post by: LeeOxley on 28 March 2015, 18:56
How difficult do you think it would be to swap out a mk2 with a Speedo and Clock to a speedo and rev counter? Or maybe a rev counter gauge mounted on the dash somewhere?

Just a set of phillips head screws. Straight swap and you can even unscrew your current milometer and fit into a set of clocks with a rev counter.

A 90 spec car will have a single plug
early cars double plug

oh and another thing is you cant use driver or gti speedo head as it is calibrated different to 1.3. driver/gti have 1540 under odometer and 1.3 has 1505.
