my mk5 golf takes a phone is it a I-phone 4? and is there anything I need to know to make it work? (pairing type thing)

What..? Do you mean your stereo accepts Bluetooth connection to your phone? What stereo do you have?

If its the docking connection in the centre arm rest its only iPhone 4
