Title: do i need new tune if i go bigger maf and injectors?

i have 1.8t agu with 4 fpr
hybrid k03 support 280 hp-/+ with custom map for
stock maf and injectors .
the car run perfect
maf reading is 187.6 gs/s
i just bought  saab red injectors 350cc and vr6 maf housing
do i need new map if i replace the parts?
