Title: Which way up, down?

That's right, I'm a retard!... I took the oil filter housing off, and now I've come to put it back in I cant remember which way up it goes!! I know that the coolant pipes come off to the left, as if your looking at the engine from the front, but thats about it. One side of the housing has prob around 12 smaller holes that are flush, and the other side has again around 12 smaller holes, but that have like little teeth that stick out, if that makes sense. Which way up does it go?!?

So late to this but I have done the same thing, actually fitted it and it pissed everywhere. The oil filter has its own rubber seal and sits on the flats. The other side has a better groove for holding the oil seal and faces upwards.
