Title: New seats
Post by: Welsh_Nuttah on 24 February 2015, 21:09: My mk3 seats are the most tired part of my car. Whats my options to change/refurb? Any photos for inspiration welcome

Look better and much moor comfortable than standard

Only prob is i'm based in Hampshire :whistle:

I can guarantee there's none out there in better condition!
I'd love to know how to post pics
But if you look at the sets on eBay mine are in 90% better knick.
No wear on bolsters and they've also held their colour.

I'm pretty negotiable on price let us know your rough budget.

Red/black GTI editions are the most common colour :) Try to get hold of yellow/black or green/black or blue/black

You guys seem to use the word "rare" way to often :D

Never tried them. I do know this though that the "Edition" seats are very hard, and not comfy at all.

Replacement standard gti cloth seats can usually be had for free if you look about. The're always something i've struggled to get rid off so usually just give them away.
