Cheers matey,

It was not cheap but running at 1.65 bar (with more to go) it's certainly a handful :)

That's quite a list of mods you've got there

Obviously a lot of effort, love and money lavished on this car.  It shows,  looks excellent

That is some list Andy, got any dyno prints you can post up? 400 on stock internals too.

Was it the low pressure (In tank) pump you replaced?

Yes mate it was the low pressure one in the tank that was replaced, Ran a fair few VCDS logs on it and having the dash AFR gauge plus EGT's etc really helps me keep an eye on things...

When i get my replacement GIAC file this week it will be going on the dyne again then so I will post a graph up....

I had a stage 3 REVO K04 before it was pulling 370 before, this i would say has another 30 or 40 hp on top of that now..

Lets see.

I know I am pushing my luck on a stock block but I will be making sure my torque is limited to 400 lb if the Turbo will produce that...

Whats the story behind moving to a GIAC file?
Title: Re: Newbie - K04 HTA-65 Hybrid Turbo Golf GTI

REVO didn't not want to produce a file to delete the inlet manifold flapper and take into account the bigger compressor wheel on the hybrid. GIAC will do a file for the  hybrid and flapper delete.. Hence the move

I'm still dithering just going for a stage 1 remap being concerned with extra wear and stresses (I'm keeping the car long term ie 10 years)
Doubling the power..... Wow

Personally I'd always be waiting for something to break....

Respect to ya

Got the car dynoed at Statler in Sheffield, Not too shabby really as its a very conservative dyno there, 394Lb of torque..... :)

Pity I missed you at Statller Andy. Steve was impressed with the turbo set-up and I guess I will have to take you out in mine another time.

Next time John, Dying for a ride in yours... Steve said how impressive it was... Deffo want one of those new boost controllers of you when Steve has fitted his, Boost from Throttle sounds good to me... May squeeze some more torque out of it mid range too :)
