Title: A downside to LED rear lights
Post by: dubber36 on 14 January 2015, 08:55
They don't get warm, so don't melt the frozen snow off them.

I didn't want to risk scratching them by scraping or rubbing, so ended up having to go back in the house for a jug of water.

That must have been a great hardship, having to schlep all they way back indoors.  At least you'll be prepared next time.

The trials of modern life eh

Good point, never thought of that before. However, I do park rear-ended right up close to the house so luckily my baby's backside is never frozen! The front however..
