Title: Change oil in 800 Miles

Morning all. I had this message pop up on my MFD last night, I have done nearly 8400 miles in the car, so it would be suggesting to change the oil at 9200 miles which seems a strange figure.

Did anyone else have this?

I presume I can just get it serviced at 10,000, which it will reach before it's 1 year anniversary.

It's normal that it asks for the service at around then, as it's the imperial equivalent of 15000Km, what the continental service interval is. You can leave it to an even 10000 miles before putting it in for it's service, but it'll remind you at every journey with a "Service Now!" message until you get it done.

Ah ok, I see, thanks mate.

I'll just add it to the windscreen wash warning I'm currently getting each journey - I should probably get round to topping that up!
