Hi Guys

I have a 2005 GTI and I am looking for some help with the below.

After reading this http://www.revotechnik.com/support/technical/20tfsi-engine-notes I was looking to perform a few modifications to my car before I look at getting a remap.

Has anyone got the BSH PCV Revamp http://www.bshspeedshop.com/bshstore/products/BSH-%252d-FSI-2.0T-PCV-Revamp.html  fitted? Are there any issues I should be aware of? I will admit I am a bit sceptical about blocking one pipe up completely so wanted to double check before I look at doing this.

If I get the Forge Blow Off Adaptor http://www.forgemotorsport.co.uk/Blow_Off_Adaptor_for_Audi_VW_SEAT_and_Skoda--product--977.html will this fix the issue you can get with failed diverter valves or do I need a whole new DV?

Ha anyone fitted the BSH True Seal Intake? http://www.bshspeedshop.com/bshstore/products/BSH-%252d-FSI-2.0T-True-Seal-Intake-06%252d08.5.html I currently have a Carbonio carbon fibre intake with a Pipercross panel filter, and was wondering if I would be better off with the BSH or possibly the K&N Typhoon intake?

I hope these aren’t repeat questions, and thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

This is only my opinion but hope it helps...

PCV - don't bother with a delete, just replace with a OEM latest revision if it's failing. Even the VW Cup cars use the stock PCV system. If you do want to remove it, get a catch can system instead.

DV - Again, a revision G or D (which do differ slightly) will be a better option, of a GFB DV+ upgrade (Google it). Far cheaper and perfect for you level of tune.

Intake - Again, for a GTI with K03 turbo (like yours and mine), you'll be better off keeping the Carbonio feed and panel filter, if you use a full cold air induction kit you'll loose a fair bit of torque in the lower rev range but gain in the higher. I run the same intake as you and it's fine, I'm only considering a full kit for when I go all out.
