Title: golf gti mk4 interior light and door courtesy lights dont work

hi all im needing some help please how do i remove the courtesy light as one of the lights dont work also changed bulb? and drivers door light dont work any ideas i have changed the bulb  :laugh: thank you

This could be the start of a door locking module failing as they have a microswitch inside them to a sense of the door is open or closed.
This said it might be worth checking for broken wires inside the rubber gland between the door and body first.
