Never let your child help clean the interior of the car!! She wanted to help so was told to clean the back seat with baby wipes. Ignored that and result - aircon vent slider broken and half of mechanism gone down vent.
Has anyone got the expanded schematic/diagram of the rear portion of the centre console, including rear air con vents and cup holder section, that they could post please. Might able to access missing bits from behind cup holder part, which has 2 torx screws.
I have a love/hate relationship with aircon switches :grin:

The vents in vdubs are s--- I had all of them break in my mark 5. Nobody will see it booth it's in the back so leave it until you chop it in :smiley:

Funny never had one break in either of my mk5s. But these ones are sh!t quality. You're right, it's out of (my) sight BUT I know about it!! :embarrassed:
