hi I was thinking of changing my panel air filter I was confused :undecided: in between ramair or piper cross panel filter as I've heard quite a lot about both of them which one would you guys recommend?

In a short, don't bother. They're a waste of time and money on a TDI and have been dyno proven to be detrimental to not only the performance but they also remove some of filtration qualities of the OE paper filters which in turn destroys the MAF and peppers the inside of your engine with nasty abrasive silicates.

You can read all day long the pros & cons on this if pipercross /ramair made these knowing they screwed up your engine they would be out of business sued
I have a remapped tdi and currently run a ramair panel filter it's definitely runs better on a remapped car to stock filter i also run a cold air feed pipe direct into the air box
