Was power steering ever an option on the Mk 1 Cabrio? Its mentioned in the owners book but thats probably because for LHD .

I've never come across a Mk1 with PAS. I'd imagine its pretty rare if it has been done.

Hi!

I was on about that before cos the steering is well heavy on a cabrio!Mine was a lhd so i would assume that if it did hav it it wud hav been swapped over with the rest of the stuff!

TSR Performance do a PAS Retrofit for ?1000 +VAT


:-(  Can't justify the expense myself but if you're minted go for it !
