Title: headlights testing help plse

evening all ive a pair of angel eye projector head lights is there a way of testing these at home to save me keep going out to the car ?  sorry if this is the wrong section to put this in

put a 12v supply across them carefully. I usually use a battery booster pack for testing stuff like that.
