Title: Fuel Economy - GTI
Post by: ChrisUK01 on 09 October 2014, 15:51
Thought this would spark some comment, always good for some heated comments.

I have filled my GTI with my first tank of fuel since running down the free tank I got when I collected the car.

Average MPG is 27 which I thought was a bit harsh, yes I did boot it a few times and most of my journeys were on A roads some times 60 mph other times 30 mph.

Does anyone get anything near to the 47 mpg advertised?
