Title: Hub and adapter sizes

I'm looking to make some adapters for my mk2. The PCD on the alloys are 5x140.5 does anyone know what size hubs are on the mk2 and stud patter

4x100 on the mk2.

Not seen adapters for that size before, looks like they might exist though:
