Number plate getting changed over as we speak.
Top mounts need replacing first and front pads.
Also have a temperamental whining noise that comes in now and then, it can happen at anytime but happens most when no throttle is applied or just after changing gear. I've also worked out that it still whines even if I turn engine off then it just dies out?? Any ides lol?

What's it lowered on?

Welcome to the mk5 crew! If you're doing top mounts, opt for some Audi RS3/TTS fronts and replace the rears at the same time to give a nice, fresh feel to the suspension. I had this kit fitted with my Bilstiens;

I have one of those fitted, highly recommend it. Fair easy to fit yourself if you have a trolly jack, a few tools and an hour or two spare in a weekend.
