Title: Boot liner - any recommendations?
Post by: Unlight on 25 September 2014, 20:45
 Hi all,

Just awaiting delivery of my MK7 GTD, and wondering if anyone has purchased a boot liner / load liner and if so, which one?

 Thanks!

Suggest you search Ebay for 'Golf mk7' you will find a selection so just choose one that suits your needs - all much cheaper than VW

We'll be getting Hatchbag sorted at some point, lots of options. Not cheap but not mega expensive.

I bought this one - fits well and has a removable carpet insert which I store under the boot floor when my golf clubs are in the boot.

They also do one which fits if you have the floor in the lower position.

To confirm, the higher priced VW one is utter rubbish.

Not a great fit, and it's such slippery plastic, anything you have in the boot just shifts all over the place while driving.

I had a VW one in my mk6 and it was a good fit but as above - everything slid around like mad on it.
I just use a cheapo blue groundsheet from a hardware store in the mk7.
