Since iv put some 17" wheels on me car seem s odd
When i go over a bump the steering is just really light an every now an again when im driving it feels the same
iv had them checked and the wheels are balanced ???
I expected to feel a difference but not with the steering
Any ideas

what tyres do you have on them?
-
I got toyo proxes on ?

it could be your rear axle bushes that r f00ked, and the 17's are now making it feel worse, jack the back wheels off the ground and grab the alloy on 1 side and start jiggling it up n down ( ), if you can hear knocking or see too much movement, that cud be your prob, your getting four wheel steering, cus back is wandering around within axle mountings...

ok thanks
i will hav a look
If thats the case is it a dear doo replacing them

should be a couple of hours labour, and the price of the bushes, better to buy poly bushes from demon tweeks while yer doin it, especially if your gonna keep it, they're about 56quid....

No need to shout Lisa!
Also you may find that you tramline. This is where your tyres follow contours on the road, like white lines or where trenches have been cut in the tarmac etc.
Mind you first thing to check is that the wheels are properly fitted! Check that they are tight to the hub and that the wheel nits are tight!!!
I know that sounds daft, but unless you are sure they are fitted correctly..........

Soz chick ill speak quiet now
So annoying when ya dont know whats up
I had me tracking checked on the wheels and there fine nuts are tight all is on good
Lad did say could be the gap between wheel n arch ie have my suspension lowered
as could be the cause of the wibble
Gotta take it back to nit for pt 2 check over
