Title: Coilovers
Post by: nodwardo on 21 September 2014, 23:26
Hi

I cannot find any posts on coilovers....its either me or this bloody phone.

Anyway im mew to the GTI scene and only have coilovers left to buy for my project but this begs the question....which to get

I dont wanna spend loads as its just a car for now and then.

Ive read up that JOM ones are pretty good and not too harsh on the ride.

I know they list as a 60mm drop but does it sit low? Or is it a crappy guestimated 60mm? Ideally i want the car to sit just over the top of the tyre.

Any help or direction would be great.
Thanks in advance

Mine on JOMs , can go a bit lower but thats the best balance for me. ARB rubs on right had side at near full lock
