Title: hubcentric spacers
Post by: sharki786 on 20 September 2014, 12:09
Thinking about sticking some 10mm on front and 5mm on back. Thing is i dont know which to get. Now everyone is saying get hubcentric spacer as they are safer? Ok then will those fit under my bbs rxii's wheels? Also thinking about getting cherry red wheel bolts anyone got any links?

Dont think you can get 10mm hubcentric spacers and definitely not 5mm

You will still have a lip on the hubs for your wheel to sit on.

Spray your wheel bolts cherry red.

Dont be lazy

Go on ebay type in 5x100 5mm spacer and then 5x100 10mm spacer.

If you want hubcentric its 15mm and above.

I do 10mm non hubcentric (b.t.w that's 5mm per side) but my normal supplier has stopped selling them so my backup one's are £43 a pair (5x100 VW fit)
b.t.w I'm sure the post about them failing was adaptors and spacers together! (I know he was on porsche rims)

What size spacers do you guys think will look good? Dont want to over do it with rubbing a d stuff like that. Car is lowered on coilovers

with 215 tyres your going to struggle! I had 12mm spacers on my old gti and had to fit 195's and it still rubbed with people in the back!
I want some on my anni but it looks like I have mm clearance

Have a measure up but with my anni on 215's I would need to trim the inner arch lips to fit any type of spacer!
