Depends what size the outlets are I would have thought. You might need reducers.

The standard smic has that push round clip system to connect the pipes

The uprated needs 2 x 2 1/4" joiners and 4 mikalor clamps... About £15 all in if anyone is bothered  :smiley:

Just as good because when I went to refit, my pancake pipe broke off abit where the clip needs to hold on too... made some black smoke  :grin:

if your going this route always fit the uprated pancake pipe from THS, the standard one would restrict a lot!

Could do, in the future. Only bought an uprated due to find a 2nd hand one cheap and my current one leaking. But thanks on the heads up though  :wink:

Have a look in the mods section too if sticking with an SMIC, someone did a TT inner wheel arch mod, to help vent, whether there are any gains or not isn't tested I don't think, but I would think somewhere the heat could escape is only a good thing  :smiley:
