hi peeps been offered angel eye's but the rings need wiring all wires are there does anyone know how to do this ?

Just wire them into the parker bulbs

hi fella when I plug the angel eyes in the projector light work perfect when I touch the red and black wire to the batter only some of the ring lights work any ideas ?
