I bought a full set of rear seat belts of the bay and have a question
They are fully reeled in and I cant seem to unravel them?
Just wondering if there was a catch or clip to allow the belt to come out of the housing.
any help would be much appreciated.
thanks you,
James

Magnet, hook, grabber, fingers, screwdriver?

hold the reel vertically ..as the internal pendulum that locks the inertia reel under braking... wont let it unwind otherwise

Thanks for the responses!
I've turned them each and every way but they only come out a tad.
Just going to go ahead a fit and hope for the best!

The fronts need to be vertical and the rears at an angle. Ones they are bolted in place making sure that the locating pin on the back of the reel housing is in the hole in the bodywork, they will come out. If you need to keep them out to give you some slack when fitting, wrap a cloth around the belt and clamp it with a pair of mole grips.
