Title: Redex
Post by: 1 gti on 17 August 2014, 21:22
Just wondering if anybody has used redex in their PD engines? I'm a bit nervous as I know these PD engines are very fussy and don't want to bugger up the injectors. It's a 1.9tdi pd 100
Any advice is appreciated.
Cheers

I use Forte Diesel Treatment in both my MK4 and my Audi; never had a problem with it

It does help keep the smoke down a bit; whether or not it contributed to better MPG it was hard to say  :undecided:

Don't want to bugger the injectors up that's all. Where do you get yours from rhyso?
Only 115k on the clock but doubt it's ever been done

Lol I covered 60K in the Golf and so far 56K in the Audi without injector issues
