Recently if I am in low revs, upto 2k say, and let off the throttle the car jolts a little but there is a movement type noise coming from what seems to be on passenger side.
Like something is moving and making a noise and feels like there is some travel there.
Any ideas what it could be or what to look at?
Any mounts that could cause something like that?

My car used to judder like that when letting off the throttle, and that turned out to be a mixed problem of the maf sensor and the n75 sensor somehow.
Though if you can hear movement from the passenger side, i highly doubt it would be these.
Does it only make the noise when the car is moving or can it be replicated when in neutral?

try rocking the engine / gearbox and see if there is movement on the passenger side, you may find its the dog bone mount underneath on the gearbox

its only when moving yeah, will try manually rocking it and see what happens

i saw a video a while back that had similar kind of symptoms and that was the gearbox mount that had gone
