Title: fmcl007p
Post by: shaggywolfhound on 03 August 2014, 16:36
Firstly is fmcl007p the correct DV valve for a AGU 1.8T?  Secondly is it worth doing over stock?  Was thinking of getting a second hand one and buying a service kit for it.  Seems cheapest way, this is the only way I could afford it.  Or is it even possible to service the stock one?

See that's what I'm not sure on. It sounds a little odd, only way I can describe, is it's like it sticks a little, so not one single sneeze but  like two on the top of each other. Hence why the question about servicing somehow.

if you lift off quickly while in the turbo and then foot down again quickly sometimes the DV will let off two whooshes quite quickly, you just need to either keep your foot down or lift off while in the turbo
