Title: about to buy a mk 2 need some advice

first off let me say hi just joined as im about to dip my feet into the world of mk2's and from previous experience with vag cars always handy to be on a forum with fellow enthusiasts to get all the top tips

so to the subject at hand...
about to buy my first mk 2 and the one im looking at has had a 20v turbo but its still running standard 8v brakes,
not ideal i know but for the price im willing to over look a few jobs that need sorting.

From digging about on the internet ive managed to source a set of post 89 mk2 16v hubs, g60 discs and g60 callipers but im not sure what master cylinder i will need to get. I know from reading that its a 22mm and i think i have found one just wanted to check if this one would work:

Yep, that master cylinder will do the trick, 23mm too so will give a nice firm pedal.

Sweet thanks for the reply man just wanted to check before I pull the trigger as I wanted something that will just drop in rather than have to mod it to work
