Title: Road tax
Post by: MikepVeeDub on 24 July 2014, 22:11: Hello I have mk2 gti 8v and I just need to know the price on 6months road tax? I don't know as the car has been off of the road since 2011. Thanks!

Surely if you link it to fuel you pay more the more miles you drive and the more economical the car the less fuel you use. Simple really although I doubt Cameron and Cleggy will understand as they are driving around in crap electric motors and chauffeur driven Jags.

BTW, business drivers doing 40K a year in oil burners can pay f!!k all road tax. WTF is that about?
