Don't really know much about exhaust but hey we all learn from somewhere lol.
While reading the forum i come across a range of exhaust terms but i quite don't understand what they are :laugh: :rolleyes:
What is a decat?
catback
cat
turboback
muffler
downpipe
An explanation would be grateful, if you told me to get out of here i would also be grateful :grin:

What is a decat= the cat been removed
catback= from the catalytic converter to rear of car
cat= catalytic converter
turboback=from turbo back to rear
muffler=back box
downpipe=exhaust downpipe
An explanation would be grateful, if you told me to get out of here i would also be grateful :grin:
