my badge is back on now, with the backing piece colour coded, looks really good

well been raining for nearly 2 days so still havent had chance to whip me badges off... still not sure what to do on the rear?? the wiper is coming off, but i dont know wether to keep the rear handle cause if i fit a remote popper and it goes tits up i aint gonna be able to get in!!, that and the badge thing... hmm do i fill/skim the recess where the vw badge was.. or leave it a recess or fit a black vw badge..... this is where it gets confusing........

thats up to you matey, think simeone on here mentioned a few days ago the seat badges on the back of the ibiza open the boot, may be a bastard to do but seems your spendin up at the mo might be good to get it priced up. Think it'd be a nice subtle yet effective mod!

Hows about a New Beetle rear badge / lock , as the VW badge part swings out the way ............. ( well it would be different )
-
Get a black badge... unless you can do a perfect job of the fill, it will look dodgy.
-
well debadged it all today, not too sure on the grill, but im sure colour coded and the fill in bits filled skimmed/painted proper will look ok, as for the back.... ive done that and cant make me mind up wether to have the recess skimmed or fit a black badge..... took me old badge off today, and if i drill the rears of the plastic rivets holding the chromey vw sign on, the chromey bit will come off, then a coat of vw black then glue it back together then some new adhesive pads and i reckon ive saved me self a couple of quid......
me pics are in the dub section of befores and afters
