Title: Small bumper to Big bumper, wipers not working.

Hello i have just got myself a mk2 gti 1986, the car was originally a small bumper but has had the big bumpers put on and this is causing the wipers to not work i need to get this sorted ASAP as i need to get it taxed and mot'd. Any help will be much appreicated, also im pretty sure its just the bumpers that have been changed

They must be very big bumpers if they are getting in the way of the wipers.

Out of interest, why do you think that changing the bumpers would cause the wipers to not work??

itll be a coincedience
check all the fuses and connections. if still no worky id say itll be the switch acting up
