So I'm thinking of re-trimming my steering wheel, got 2 designs I'm thinking about;
First;
(http://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv235/mikemaher205/Steering_Wheel_02_EDIT_zps0f3a8524.jpg) (http://s687.photobucket.com/user/mikemaher205/media/Steering_Wheel_02_EDIT_zps0f3a8524.jpg.html)
So red leather at the sides and on the flat bottom section, black leather or alcantara around the wheel and same on the air bag.
Second;
(http://i687.photobucket.com/albums/vv235/mikemaher205/Steering_Wheel_03_EDIT_zpsda4d708e.jpg) (http://s687.photobucket.com/user/mikemaher205/media/Steering_Wheel_03_EDIT_zpsda4d708e.jpg.html)
Staying with the black perforated sections, and smooth leather flat bottom, replace all other areas of leather with alcantara (wheel and air bag). Red stitching and strip at the top to finish it off.
What's the general views? Both love and hate welcome in equal measures. Design 2 came from people commenting how they didn't like the first design. :smiley:

second one looks like a winner to me!

If you have no other red on the inside the first one will look out of place and looks a wee bit max power for me.
Second one is winning it for me.
