Hi this is my first post got a couple of issues with my mrs's 2000 2.0 gti. I think the maf is on its way out I haven't done the disconnected test yet I'm just wondering where is the best place to get one? Are golf's like other marques as in they dislike anything other than bosch mafs?
There is a knocking over uneven roads. The lower arms were advised on the mot last month. Fair assumption theses are the culprit? Again what brand to go for? Should I change the ball joints aswell for the sake of a tenner a side? I'll do the drop links aswell.
Also how do you get to the middle 2 spark plugs? Haynes manual says I need a special tool to remove ignition leads can anyone shed any light on this?
