Hi,
Has anyone else experienced this:
This morning driving to work I had the climate set to auto, and both sides sychronised at 20 deg, as always, but had chilled air coming out of the middle vent on my side, and warm air coming out of the middle vent on the passenger side. This meant one side was fighting the other. I turned the system off and back on using the control in the setup menu and it appears to be ok. Im not sure if it is a fault of a 'digital moment' really.
Cheers
Ian

If one side was low in temperature and the other side high, would it not do this to bring both sides in line with each other?

Yes it would, but both sides were synchronised, and at the same temperature setting. I can only assume to electronics had a moment lol

Yes but if one side of the car was cold say 18o and the other hot 22o because it was sitting side on in the sun then the logical way to get the temp to 20o would be to cool the hot side and heat the cold side.
I know you say you had them synchronised but this is the desired temperature, not necessarily the temp at the time of both sides.

Sorry yep, I misread that. It could be although it was 7am. All was fine this eve anyway so I'm happy. It's still the best car ever
