An acquaintance is selling a 2000 1.8t gti 3 door. I have first refusal but can't see it in person as he lives down south now. Pics look good bit of a scratch and small dent on Dr door nowt serious
His sister had it a few years and he's had it last 4 years. Cam belt and pump have been done since he's had it but not sure when could be 4 years ago at worst
He's not had anything major go in last 4 years serviced by a vw mechanic every year just got 12 mot on it . But ....its done 17th miles
Is it a disaster waiting to happen or seem worth a punt ?

mileage is nothing to these engines if looked after and with mk4 1.8ts cheap now you have plenty to choose from :smiley:
