Title: steering wheel

I fitted a new steering wheel. Does anyone no the correct diode to use to keep the airbag light off

Have you tried resetting the fault codes? because the airbag warning will stay on once triggered, even if there isnt an error with it

Sorry I forgot to say it is an aftermarket steering wheel with no airbag

It works perfect. 2.2 ohm 5 wat diode. You need vagcom to reset the airbag light.
