I've got one:

Jack car up, remove old exhaust, fit new one, car back down.

I have another one.

Find a friendly Autocentre and pay them to do it. They have all the right tools for the job and it should cost you £60. Money very well spent IMO.

Sorry I'll be a bit more helpful now. If it were a cat back I'd say do it on your drive, turbo back you need it on a ramp really.

2 of the nuts on the downpipe are pretty awkward to get to and you could easily end up snapping a stud.

I chopped my standard exhaust just before the rear beam as it's one piece from the cat to the back box. It's either that or dropping the rear beam, I went for the easier option.

ive made myself some ramps to fix my my exhaust just below the manifold -did it today -my ramps lift my car 500mm off the ground at the front end ,and i have easy acsess right back to the backbox .so go for it if you can get your off tne ground -it aint hard mate
