Title: Squeaky drivers seat
Post by: joet on 25 June 2014, 23:02
My drivers seat is making a horrible squeaking noise as soon as I drive off. It seems to do it over any surface and particularly at low speeds.

Took it in to the dealer and they said they couldn't find anything.

Anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions to cure it?

Thanks

Are you very tall? Sometimes if the seats are all the way down or backwards they can rub on the railings.

It may not be teh seat - the passenger side's seat belt clasp squeaks horribly as it flexes on the thick cable mount, when I have a passenger - maybe the drivers side is doing it on yours.
