hi any one know what part this is please it is a 2pin conection

Looks like a take off for someone to measure the coolant temp on a gauge, why you would want to though is beyond me when they have one on the clocks  :laugh:

it is standard the uncoverd blue/brown and red wires are for oil temp gauge

Is that on the right hand side of the engine bay? Looks like the coolant temp sensor to me.
